Terms of Service

By creating a BlastDial workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

BlastDial provides a multi-tenant cloud dialer platform for debt collection agencies. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service during your subscription term.

You will not: (a) violate TCPA, FDCPA, Reg F, or applicable state collection laws; (b) use the service to harass, threaten, or deceive any consumer; (c) attempt to bypass the Compliance Shield; (d) reverse-engineer or compete using BlastDial's software. Violations may result in immediate termination.

BlastDial provides compliance tooling — TCPA call windows, DNC scrubbing, audit logs — but you remain solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your operations. Our software is not legal advice.

$99 per seat per month, billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. 14-day free trial with no charge. Outbound minutes are pass-through at carrier cost. Past-due accounts may be suspended after 7 days.

Month-to-month or annual. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30-day cure period. Upon termination: 30-day data-export window, then permanent deletion (compliance audit logs retained per Privacy Policy section 5).

Service provided AS IS. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA) in Delaware, except for IP claims and emergency injunctive relief.
